I want to tell you that you can be whoever you want to be. The only thing restricting you is the self-doubt you’ve allowed to tangle through the untamed imagination. Grow your dreams – tend them like houseplants or scatter thousands out into the world as wildflower seeds. The unfettered creative mind opens into a universe of potential. What inhibits this is fear: fear of how others will judge your shape-shifting; fear that you will not fulfil the wild & expansive prophecy your heart holds. There is no such thing as failure. Choose your lessons recklessly or wisely & learn from them. Evolve with them. Let each one soften hard edges a little more, let each one slough off dead skin so that you become smooth & bright eyed as a baby. I want to tell you that change is the only thing you can rely on – so embrace her. Wrap her tightly around you. Walk out into the world with love & a deep compassion for your kaleidoscopic soul, shedding skins as you go.
